- Due to recent disagreements for the tournament being held just outside of
Ray's Game Center. Plans have changed and have moved inside the arcade
instead. Ray does have the space to accomodate all the people expected, so
here are the latest pics taken for the areas we have designated.
- California business have been at threat by Scheduled Rolling black-outs.
If this should occur during the tournament, we will wait out for an hour and
if power resumes within the hour we will continue the tournament. If the
black out lasts longer than expected we will poll the crowd on how to handle
the situation. (ie. postpone the tournament)
- For a more complete and detailed view of the layout of the tournament,
here is an illustration of what we intend the area to be used up as.

- ATTENTION all competitors! -- Due to a limited amount of space given to us
we are sorry to inform that ONLY performers may be allowed in the performers
area ONLY! This means, if you have any extras to your routine (ie. PMG's
& Cronos Afronova routine "the dude with the sign",
Tournarochi's Silent Hill Routine "15 people at once") those
extras must pay to be up on stage. Even if they are doing something minor
like holding a sign, or handing out props. We cannot allow them to be on
stage with you unless they have registered and payed. We are sorry to inform
you of this, but we need as much space possible if we are to accomodate the
number of people we are expecting from our Pre-Registered list and expected
Day-of Entries.
- ALL PERFORMANCES must be screened! Since this tournament will be covered
and recognized by local TV stations we would like to know if your routine
involves any type of vulgar language and or obscene gestures. In addtion
Violent, Sexually Explicit, and let's just say R-rated routines will be
moved towards the end of the tournament, so we can avoid any type of bad
publicity.
Any performer(s) failing to disclose the actions within your routine will
result in automatic Disquailfaction.
Any performer(s) who give false accounts to their routines will also result
in automatic DQ.
BOTH viloations will also result in a NON-REFUND of entry fee.
- Performance Scores for the Freestyle Tournament will be given to the
performers if requested by the performer. AT THE END of the Tournament.

Landmarks to let you know where Ray's Game Center will be. Since the Location is
