I know this is sort of late now due to my really troubled weekend, but i've also compiled other info that the other DDR gaming sites in the Western world dont have access to (but itz not that surprising so if u look hard enough, u could find it urself but i'm saving u the time to find it now).
According to Konami's DDR homepage, the First day of Location Testing looked really packed. Other reports say the line to play the game is about 50 people, so times that by the time of 3 songs (not including extra stage) and u'll get the idea of how long you have to wait to play the new mix of DDR.
DDR-Extreme will have Non-stop, Challenging Mode (Oni), Beginner mode and the usual single and double mode. All the speed-ups and other mods are accessed the same way as MAX2.

Other information about the game:
PARANOiA Survival is only available in the final stage, and if u AA'ed it, then u'll get extra stage where it is The Legend Of Max.
Then if u can AA'ed The Legend Of Max (which the Japanese have already!), then there is the "One More Extra Stage" which is Sakura from BMIIDX but it may get dumped in the final version.
The 3 songs from DDRMAX that was pulled off DDRMAX2: Ghosts, Flash In The Night and Bye Bye Baby Balloon will make a come back in this mix as well as all the songs from DDRMAX2. No wonder Konami boast this mix will have as many as 230 songs!
The game Interface is green in colour. And thats all for the report now.....more news as soon as i dig some more out!
