As KOS2 is almost here, our Australian visitors might be feeling left out. Well, no need to - Ranking Task Force's 10th DDR competition is being held next month on May 26-27 (the weekend)! This competition is being simulcast in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. There's no prizes to be won or anything, it's entirely for fun - and it will be, I can guarantee that! Last time there was a big turn out in Brisbane and a good turn out in Sydney, but a dismal turnout in Melbourne because of last minute advertising. This time, it'll be all even! The contest will probably be held on 4th MIX machines, both due to the better song list and the lack of 5th MIX machines in Brisbane and Melbourne at this stage...
There are 8 sections to enter:
- Score Attack/Beginner
- Score Attack/Middle (intermediate)
- Score Attack/Expert (advanced)
- Score Attack/Expert Double
- Perfect Attack
- Performance/Single (individual)
- Performance/Double (individual)
- Performance (team)
The competition is open to the general public and we encourage everyone to enter. Like I said, there's no prizes, no glory, it's just fun! Do not be afraid that you'll look stupid or you won't win, because it's an entertaining day out! This is your chance to meet new people and to participate and represent your state!
Currently the competiton will be held at Replay in Brisbane City, Playtime in Sydney City, and Melbourne is undecided but it appears that it will either be held at Tunz A Fun at Box Hill or Playtime at Highpoint.
